1. I’m just wondering as a registered, paid member I cannot access this video? Why when I click the “Help” Icon it tells me to register? Why there is no contact us icon for such problems? And why I paid so much money for so much frustration? Do you have an answer for that? And, I know this is a silly question, but I’m sure you don’t provide refunds for individuals that would like to cancel their membership?

    • There is a Help! link at the top of the page. It displays the Site Help for anyone, even public viewers. Which icon are you clicking on? You mention frustration, however this is the first note I have record of your concerns. Perhaps you emailed and I have missed the message? You will need to be logged into your site account to access your subscription. I look forward to assisting you.

  2. Hi, I am interested in the retreats July 2016 and in particular doing the two weeks classes commencing July 12 and 19th. Can you please let me know if you intend to have classes organised for the weekend in between? Even with a visiting teacher? If so how much will those extra classes cost?
