We can count on change.

You know one thing I’ve learned over the years is that the only thing we can count on is change.

We are changing the look of our internet site. We have taken a look at what you like to watch on the quilting school
and are adjusting for that.  Thank you so much for watching me quilt.  I love doing this for you to inspire you with ideas for your own quilts.
I promise to do more quilting every month for you, since I have a new studio just for filming.

I am changing how much I travel. This year I held a series of retreats in beautiful Star Valley, WY in July.  It was the funnest thing I have ever done since
I used to have my retreats in Texas. I love getting to know the students on a more personal level. Now that I’m on Medicare, why shouldn’t I do what makes me the happiest?
I am going to hold retreats in Star Valley throughout the year (except in the winter months).  I will also continue the month long
series of retreats in July every year.  This will take the place of some of the many shows I have been doing for the past 20 years.
I hope to meet you at one of my retreats.  Thank you again for your support throughout the years.
Have a wonderful day!
Linda

    • The class fees do not include lodging. All our students make plans with friends or local lodging choices. We will be posting new dates for coming retreats soon.

    • Oh good Mary, the very best of both worlds – staying with your family. The price of the retreats is the same however, it never included lodging. It does include a light supper, 3 lunches and a dinner. Hope to see you here.

  1. I attended one of Linda’s July retreats in Zanesville, OH at Touch of Thread Quilt Shop. It was truly one of the most personal and educationally rewarding classes I’ve ever experienced.

If anyone has an opportunity to attend one of these retreats GO! Even if you can only attend one day (at the July retreats) GO.

I’ve never seen a more generous teacher provide so much material to take home. I’m still going through it all!
    Thank you Linda and Rick!!
